Warm up:

Switch Sides

Skill work:

Build a Medicine Ball Snowman Relay Race

WOD:   

Team Station Rotation

Front Squats

Toes to Bar

Box Jump Overs

Handstand Kick Ups

Have them perform each movement station for 30 seconds to a minute and switch.  Each round rest for 30 seconds then go again.  3-4 Rounds.
