Warm up:

3 Rounds

2 Forward rolls -> 10yd line hop -> 10yd Backwards lunge walk -> 1o yd Roving plank

Skill work:

Angry gorilla ball pass: aka the “granny throw”

WOD:

With a partner, compete as many rounds as possible of

5 Med ball Deadlifts -> 1 Angry gorilla ball pass to partner.  Partner repeats.

5 Med ball cleans -> 1 Overhead pass to partner.  Partner repeats.

5 Partner Wall ball (each)
