Warm up:

Four Station Relay

Skill work:

Knees Out: Athletes stand with outside edge of toes of one foot in contact with an upright post and the other to a PVC pipe.  Push knees out toward posts throughout the squatting motion.

WOD:   

AMRAP

7 Toes to Bar

Two Foot Jump Over a Set of Three Hurdles (set up two to three rows to give plenty of space for athletes to move)

7 Front Squats

1 Handstand Kick Up
