5 Squats –> 10yd Frog hop
5 Push ups –> 10 yd Roving plank
5 Tuck jumps –> 10yd High knee skip
5 Donkey kicks –> 10yd Bear crawl
Good morning -> Deadlift: Standing over a kettlebell, perform the descent of a Good Morning with hands behind the head. At the bottom position, switch hands to the hang position and bend knees (keeping hips back) only until hands reach the kettlebell. Deadlift the kettlebell and return it to the floor.
