Seated Plate press: Passing to your partner.  Just another way to work on pressing skills.

Warm up:

Switch sides!

Skill work:

Superman <–> Hollow

WOD:

“Rock around the clock”: Set up 12 cones in a large circle to represent a clock face. Place a light Kettlebell at all the odd numbers.

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

Odd numbers – Do that many Deadlifts

Even numbers – Do that many Jumping Lunges

Each time you finish at 12 o’clock, run a victory lap around the turf!
