Warm up:

     2-3 Times Through

1 Carwheel,  5-10 yds Lungewalk,  5-10 yds Toy Soldiers, Dot Drills

 

Skill work:

Reverse Limbo:  Front Squat with elbows over the PVC.  For each round, raise the PVC a little higher to encourage chest and elbows up.

WOD:   

AMRAP

3 Pull Ups
6 Jumping Jacks

Bear Crawl Across Gym (10m)

6 Front Squats
3 Push Ups
