Warm up:

3 Rounds

2 Forward rolls -> Bear crawl 15yds -> Agility ladder -> 5 Squats -> 15yd Crab walk

Skill work:

Descending Deadlifts

Using stacked plates or low boxes, create a graduated series of platforms and set a kettlebell on each one.  Kids deadlift each kettlebell one at a time. As they move to each lower platform they perform the movement though a greater range of motion

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time

10 Deadlifts

5 Wall Ball
