Warm up:

Log roll 5m -> Bear crawl 10m  -> 5 Squats -> Lunge walk 10m -> 5 Push ups -> Roving plank 10m -> 5 Tuck Jumps

Skill work:

Superman – Hollow – Plank

WOD:

In teams of 3-4, Rotate through the following stations for 20 sec each.  3 Rounds with 1 min rest in between.

Monkey Hang/Bar Hang

Deadlift

Thruster

Bar support
