Warm up:

3 Rounds

15 sec Knees to elbows

15 sec Plank holds

15 sec Jumping lunges

Skill work:

Zombie squats: Hold arms out in front and balance a PVC pipe on your shoulders as you squat.  Try not to pinch it in place with your chin.  

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

10 Front squats

5 Pull ups

Game!
