Warm up:

3 Rounds

2 Cartwheels,  Lungewalk 10m, Agility Ladder, Bear Crawl

Skill work:

Rope Climbs:  Have athletes start seated working on footwork drills and locking feet in. If they are successful here allow them to try a few pulls to a height that the trainer is comfortable with.

WOD

AMRAP

7 Deadlifts

7 Push Ups

7 Jumping Jacks

2-3 Rope Pulls up the Rope (Trainer decides how high each athlete should go)
