B2B Squats: Start at the bottom of the squat. On the call “Go”, stand up (all the way) and return to the bottom of the squat again.  Hover over a target if appropriate, or work from behind a bench!

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

10 Squats

10 Push Press

1 Shot at Wall Ball target with dodgeball
