2 Forward rolls -> 15m Side shuffle (right) -> 5 Squats -> 15m Side shuffle (left) -> 10 Jumping jacks -> 15m Grapevine (right) -> 5 Squat thrusts -> 15m Grapevine (left)

Skill work:

Descending Deadlifts

WOD:

In teams of 3, complete 2 min of each rotation

2 Partners hold Plank while the third does 3 Deadlifts, rotate

2 Partners stand on one foot while the third does 3 Push ups

2 Partners hold Stink bug while the third does 3 Squats, rotate

 Game!
