Skill work:

Duck walk drill:  Duck walk 5yds (making sure to keep pockets below the knees) -> complete 3 Squats.  

Repeat 3x per round.

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

7 Squats

7 Burpees

6-12 ft Bar traverse
