Cone! : In pairs, athletes line up on either side of a cone. Listening carefully, both partners perform the movement called by the Trainer. When the word “Cone” is called, both partners try to be the one to snatch the cone up off of the ground.
Exaggerated Superman Hollow While Hanging: Hang bars at a height that athletes knees are on the floor and arms fully extended. Have them place their knees directly under the bar and hold onto the bar with thumbs wrapped around the bar. From here, have the athlete reach their chest forward like the are trying to touch the opposite wall with their chest. Then have them reach their back toward the wall behind them. Make sure they are moving through these two positions with full range of motion rather than speed.
