20 sec Squats

20 sec Jump rope

20 sec Mountain climbers

Skill work:

Suspended Superman & Hollow

WOD:

10 Front squats -> 5 Pull ups

8 Front squats -> 4 Pull ups

6 Front squats -> 3 Pull ups

4 Front squats -> 2 Pull ups

2 Front squats -> 1 Pull up

Rest 2 min and repeat. (Scale if needed by starting at 6 or 8 FS)
