Warm up:

3 Rounds

2 Forward rolls -> 10 yd Line hop -> 5 Burpees -> 10 yd Bear crawl

Skill work:

Seated Sled drags

WOD:

In teams of 3 or 4, complete as many rotations as possible of

10 yd  Seated sled drag (5yds each way)

Plank hold

5 Knees to elbows

10 KB swings

Stay at your station until all members of the team are finished then rotate.
