Skill work:

Hips off the box: Using low boxes and/or plate stacks to create a platform, athletes set up for a deadlift in front of/over the box keeping a heels down, a strong back and holding hips back and high so that they do not contact the platform.  Add remove light plates as needed to customize the height for each athlete.

WOD:
