Warm up:

400m Skil run

Skill work:

Double underhand throw for height – Emphasis on hip activation and similarity to Kettlebell swing

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time

7 Push press

5 Ring rows

3 Double underhand throw over the bar ( set a pull up bar at a height they can get the ball over)

Game!
