Warm up: 

 Mixed Tabata

Skill work:

Wheel Barrow Walk: Partner athletes according to relative size and strength.  Safety Considerations: Wheelbarrow controls speed and should work to keep a strong plank position.  Partner holds feet close to hips. Make sure they are holding ankles and not pant legs.

WOD

 

Partner AMRAP

5 Push Ups Each

Wheelbarrow Walk 10m

5 Front Squats Each

Wheelbarrow Walk 10m

(Take turns wheelbarrow walking)
