      Lisa-

      A Wallabie is an exercise performed in the plank position. Maintaining tight midline, bend the elbows and hop the hands (and ideally feet, too) off the ground and then land again in the plank position. A padded surface (gymnastic mat) makes it a lot more comfortable. On this day, we made it a little more interesting by trying to do a “wave” of Wallabies up and down the mat 🙂
