Over-Under Med Ball Relay: Divide the class into teams and have them stand in a line in the back of your class space. The first person in line passes the medicine ball over his or her head to the person behind. The second person passes between the knees. The third, overhead, etc. When the ball reaches the last person, he or she runs it to the front of the line and starts the process all over again.
Kipping pull ups from the knees.
