Warm up:

3 Rounds

5 Burpees

10 Lunge steps

15 Single unders

Skill work:

Mobile plank – no matter which way we move you, hold your plank!

WOD:

Rock around the clock: set up 12 cones in a large circle to represent a clock face.

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

Odd numbers – Do that many push ups

Even numbers – Do that many jumping jacks

Each time you get to 12, run a 100m victory lap!
