Warm up:

Elbow Tag!

Skill work:

Reach: Using a PVC or pull up bar for a target, athlete positions underneath and does a Shoulder press/Push press attempting to touch the bar overhead while keeping the heels glued to the floor.


CrossFit Baseball:  Complete the following moments at each base and score a run each time you get back to home plate!

Home: 1 Forward roll for a single

1st: 5 Kettlebell swings for a double

2nd: 5 Tuck jumps for a triple

3rd: 5 Shoulder press for a home run
