Warm up:

400m Skill run

Skill work:

Plank around in a circle

WOD:

With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible of

Round 1: Partner A: Hold plank, Partner B: 3 Pull ups

Switch places and repeat.

Round 2: T-Plank & 10 Lateral hops

Round 3: Reverse plank & Backpedal 50m

Continue in this rotation until time is up.

Game!
