    Hi Kelly! Can you explain how your superman/hollows relates to deadlifts? I can’t figure it out.

      Annie-

      The Superman/Hollow drill is designed to build strength and awareness at midline. When performing the superman drill, kids are learning what activation of the spinal extensors feels like. In Hollow, they are learning to stabilize with the abdominals. These skills improve awareness and control in pretty much any movement, which is why we use this drill a lot 😉
