Warm up:

Tabata Jump Rope

Skill work:

Hang Squat Clean: Start with reviewing the Hang Power Clean and Front Squat.  Then blend to practice an unloaded Hang Squat Clean.  Focus on control at the bottom of the squat by adding a pause prior to allowing use of dumbbells.

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

3 DB Hang Squat Cleans -> Duck walk 5 yds
3 DB Hang Squat Cleans -> Duck walk 5 yds
3 DB Hang Squat Cleans -> Duck walk 5 yds
Run 150m
