Warm up:

3 Rounds

2 Forward rolls -> 5 Dot drills -> Monkey hangs ( 3 releases each side) -> Zig zag bear crawl around the cones

Skill work:

Straight arm sled push: Either solo or with a partner, practice pushing the sled 10-15 yds.  Make sure arms stay straight and shoulders are active.

WOD:

AMRAP  in a given amount of time of

10 Push press

5 Pull ups

Game!
