Start in plank position.
When the trainer calls a movement, run to the other side of the gym, perform 3 reps of that movement, then run back and return to plank position.
Supported L-Pull ups
With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible of the following:
6 Partner pull ups (3 each)
6 Med ball Underhand pass (3 each)
6 Sit ups with Dodgeball pass
