Warm up:

Side shuffle – Drop

Start out performing side shuffle.  Every time a movement is called, freeze and perform the stated reps of the movement before returning to side shuffle.  Try skipping, grapevines, crazy run, etc.

Skill work:

Kip swings (off the ground)
