Skill work:

Reach for the PVC: Start by finding the finish position with arms directly overhead.  Hold a PVC pipe to the back of the athlete’s hands or forearms.  Have them reset to the start position and perform a push press.  The goal is for the hands/arms to reach directly to the PVC without any corrections.
