Skill work:

Press Down the Ground: When we do a shoulder press, we talk about pressing up the sky.  A handstand should look like an inverted shoulder press.  Today we practice a supported headstand -> handstand to work on pressing straight overhead.


Increasing by 2 each rounds, complete as many rounds as possible of

Stinkbug push ups

Front squats
