Track Style Warm Up
Ball Conga Line While Laying Down: Have athletes lay on the floor in a straight line positioning one athletes head in between the next athletes feet. Have the athlete at the very end of the line with their hands pointed away from line take a dodge ball, sit up and place it in their friends hands . The ball needs to make it down the entire line. If there are enough athletes, you can create two teams and they can race.
Station Rotation: 30 seconds at each station for 3-4 rounds
Throw dodgeball in the air and catch
