Alternating tabata: Jump rope & Squat thrusts

Skill work:

“Perfect” Push up Relay

WOD:

As a team of 3-4, rotate through 20-30 sec of each of the following 4 stations

Rope climbs/hangs

Push ups

Box jumps

Handstand hold/kick ups

Rest 1 min between each of 3 rounds

Game:

End of the month – Kids choice!
