Warm up:

3 times through

Lungewalk 10m, Broad Jump 10m, Zig Zag Through Cones 10m, Inchworm 10m.

Skill work:

Throwing Accuracy Relay:  Divide Group into two different lines.  Have them take turns sprinting down the gym to a cone and toss a bean bag into a bucket.  They can only run back once the bean bag toss is accurate. Once they have completed the bean bag toss switch to a light dodge ball.

7 Ring Rows

7 Kettlebell Swings

7 Air Squats

Toss one bean bag or ball from cone into bucket for accuracy.
