With a partner, leap frog 10 yds -> 10 yd Line hop -> Bear crawl 10 yds -> Crab walk 10 yds
Descending Deadlifts:Place a kettlebell on top of stacks of plates in increasing numbers in a line across the floor. Athletes start at a stack that sets the kettlebell an inch or two lower than the hang position and deadlift the kettlebell. Athletes keep moving down the stacks as long as neutral spine is maintained.
AMRAP in a given amount of time of the following:
At each of 4 cones placed 10 yds apart, complete 10 Deadlifts.
Carry the Kettlebell with a strong back between the cones.
Each time you get back the the beginning, put down your kettlebell and do 20 Rope Jumps.
