Warm up:

“Whistle” drill:  Start with the first movement in each pairing.  When the whistle is blown (or the Trainer calls “switch”), perform the second movement.  Transition back and forth between the two movements until ready to progress to the next pairing.  

Crab walk & Bear crawl

Push ups & Mountain climbers

Sit ups & Squats

Skill work:

Kip swing practice:  Start from the knees and progress to free hanging if appropriate

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

5 Pull ups

10 yd Lunge walk

5 Wall ball

10 yd Bear crawl

Game!
