Warm up:

3 Rounds

2 Forward rolls -> 10 Line hops -> 10 yd Roving plank -> Zig zag shuffle between the cones

Skill Work:

Max bar hang: Set bar to chin height. Start at the top of the pull up, lift your feet of the ground and hold your chin over the bar as long as you can!

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

7 Box jumps

7 T Push ups

1 Seated Sled pull
