Skill work:

Monkey hangs: Partner up and take turns practicing Monkey hangs.  Start with one on each side and increase by 2 each time you come back to the bar.

WOD:

AMRAP  in a given amount of time of

3 Pull ups

6 Kettlebell swings

200m Run
