Switch sides: Divide the group in half and line them up facing each other on opposite sides of the room. Select a way to cross the space and call “switch!” to signal them to switch sides. Repeat with as many different movements as you can think of.
Wall Drill: Athletes start with backs to the wall and perform dip-shrug-drop-stand, working to keep both hips and shoulders in contact with the wall.
Now, have athletes turn to stand facing the wall in their press setup position. Walk forward until elbows just touch the wall without leaning into it. Shift weight to heels, look straight ahead at wall, lower arms to the hang position and perform a hang power clean, making sure the head does not get closer to the wall during the movement.
