Heel balance drill as a part of “Hot Lava Squats”

Warm up:

With a partner, complete 3-5 min of the following

Partner A does Sit ups, while Partner B Lunges around the 1st cone -> Switch places

Partner A does Push ups, while Partner B Bear crawls around the 2nd cone -> Switch places

Partner A does Squats, while Partner B Grapevines around the 3rd cone -> Switch places

Repeat.

Bench drill

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

7 KB swings

5 Squats

3 Leap frogs

1 Cartwheel
