Warm up:

3 Rounds

2 Forward rolls -> 10 yd lunge walk -> 10yd Roving plank -> 10 yd Crab walk

Skill work:

Pull ups from the knees: Toes tucked under & Laces down

Use your arms as much as you can and your legs as little as possible to get your chin over the bar.

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

5-10 yd Seated sled pull

10 yd Bear crawl

10 Deadlifts
