Warm up:

3 Rounds

2 Forward rolls -> 1o yd Lateral hop -> 6 Monkey hangs -> Zig zag Bear crawl around the cones

Skill work:

Top-to-top Pull ups: Starting with the chin over the bar (jumping there is fine), lower down to the start position of a pull up and then return to chin over the bar.  Work form the knees or with feet off the ground as appropriate.

WOD:

Increasing by 3’s in a given amount of time

Hang power cleans

Push press

Perform 3 pull ups between each round

Game!
