Plank Relay: Divide the group into two teams. Teams line up in plank (on elbows) with ~3 ft of space between them at one end of the space. One the command “Go!”, the athlete at one end of the line stands up and (carefully) hops or steps over teammates and assumes the plank position at the other end of the line. Repeat until the entire team is over a designated line.
Whats on your Thanksgiving plate?
As a group, list your favorite Thanksgiving foods on the whiteboard. Together, decide whether foods are predominantly carbohydrate, protein, or fat. Talk about how its important to have some foods from each category on your plate tomorrow!
AMRAP in a given amount of time
In teams of 3, take turns pulling each other around the cones on a sled (one seated on the sled, two pulling). Once each person has had a turn riding, complete the following as a group:
12 Push ups
9 Box jumps
Return to the sled and repeat!
