Warm up:

Tunnel Tag

Skill work: 

Heel Balance Drill:  Standing with toes hanging off a plate, perform a hang clean.  Try to keep toes off the ground!  Increase the challenge by moving more of the foot off the edge of the plate until it is at the mid foot. 

WOD

 Station Rotation- 4 Rounds of 30 seconds to a minute at each station and then rest for 30 seconds between rounds.
