Skill work: 

Catching While in Motion: Have athletes start with a slow jog and toss a ball to them.  If they need to stop to catch and then continue forward allow them.  Encourage them to move faster each attempt.

Climb Up and Over 4 Tall Boxes

10 Jumping Jacks
