Warm up: Grapevines!

Warm up:

3 Rounds:

Handstand roll-out -> 10yd sideways line hop (Turn 180 at 5yds) -> 10yd Bear crawl -> 10 yd Crab walk.

Skill work:

Lunge to throw: Double overhand and single overhand

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of:

1 Throw and catch off the wall (with a dodgeball as hard as you can)

10 Rope jumps

5 Toes to bar

*Make sure you retrieve the ball from the bucket and put it back each time before you head to your rope.
