Cone! In pairs, athletes line up on either side of a cone. Listening carefully, both partners perform the movement called by the Trainer. When the word “Cone” is called, both partners try to be the one to snatch the cone up off of the ground.
BTB Push Press: With the tabata timer running, perform push presses for the 20 sec intervals. During the 10 sec “rest” phase, hold the bottom of the Dip. Focus on keeping chest up at the bottom position.
In Teams of 3-4, Rotate through 30 sec at each of the following stations.
1 Pull up
2 Box Jumps
3 Push Press
4 Lunge steps
