Warm up:

Track Style Warm Up

Skill work: 

One Hand Throw and Catch: Have athletes face the wall with a dodgeball.  They will throw towards the wall and try to catch it with one hand.  In order to be successful they must practice control in the throw.

WOD

Partner AMRAP

5 Jumping Jacks Each

Throw and Catch with one hand with Partner 4 Times

Sled Push Down and Back (One Partner Does Each Way)

Run 100 m Together
