Warm up:

Rock-Paper-Scissors: Partners line up across from each other.  When the Trainer calls GO, both partners move to the center of the space using the designated movement.  Play Rock-Paper-Scissors.  The person who loses the match performs 3 reps of an assigned movement and both partners return to their starting positions.  Repeat!

Skill work:

Reach for the PVC: Athlete starts in press set up position.  Trainer holds a PVC pipe overhead. Athlete performs a shoulder press or push press and attempts to bring hands/forearms directly in contact with the PVC to encourage straight line of action and good overhead position.

WOD: 

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

10-20 Rope Jumps
9 Push ups
6 Deadlifts
3 Pull ups
