“Whistle” Drill: Every time the whistle blows (or trainer calls switch) switch to the other movement in the pairing.

Handstand marching: Start in a handstand against the wall or with toes on a box and march your hands in place. Be sure to shift away from the hand you intend to lift. If possible, try marching sideways a couple of steps in each direction. Don’t forget to keep your middle tight!
